The "Get a quote" form: company, contact person, phone, e-mail, pickup and delivery places, date, weight, number of pieces, type of goods and your message.
Direct contact: your phone number, WhatsApp account and the content of the conversation, e-mail address and correspondence.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in our hosting provider's logs (Cloudflare) and, only with your consent, in the Google Ads cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

Invoicing, accounting, archiving transport documents (CMR) — legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and site protection), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace for e-mail; Google Ads with your consent), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, if you write to us there), our accountant and, where the law requires, public authorities.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). In those cases we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Quote requests that do not become a contract: 12 months. Contracts, invoices and transport documents: the statutory archiving periods (generally 5–10 years). Technical logs: up to 30 days. Cookies: as set out in the Cookie Policy.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Write to office@viesan.ro; we answer within 30 days.
